Although this is true, the adsense ads look like menu items and Google sees that as tricking the visitor.
I only mention this because a friend of mine got banned from adsense doing the exact same things in addition to other weird stuff.

Thanks for the reply. Its very hard trying to get backlinks for a "related area" - not that many areas that relate to deed polls.
However - I have done some article submissions and tried to hone it to the area of law/family. Like I said I've only just done that, so I'll have to wait and see :-)
I was wondering about the YELLOW nav bar comment, and it didn't use to be there, thought I'd give it a try, think i'll change it soon :0
My real question is to the internal
SEO of the site. Inner pagerank (NOFOLLOW links) etc and title/descriptions.
