You are facing stiff competition to rank highly on search engines - according to the google keyword tool.
I suggest you will need to:
1) Do very careful keyword research to find long tail keywords you can use to get high rankings on the search engine results - to bring in more traffic
2) Use these keywords for targeted article submissions to build back links
3) Consider using PPC to bring traffic to your site.
I don't thinks your site is the problem - other than wondering if you would be better to focus on one niche only (have other minisites for the other two) -- I feel your problem is a
SEO problem (which is made more difficult by having three niches on one site)
Your problem is overcoming the competition you are facing.
I would be interested to know what your business plan is - what you hope to achieve and by when, what budget you have.
