^ yes they are both by Steve Clayton. Thanks for posting that, I was getting the niche blueprint when they were made available again but perhaps I wont now. That was their "reason" for not releasing more than like 700 memberships so they could help people one on one. I was in a teleseminar with them just before the launch. Kinda glad I didn't jump on it right when it first hit
