License has expired - Please contact customer sevice.

Even though Carlos told me that I would not be charged again for the license, I am getting the "License has expired" message again.
Just tell me to pay the $47 and tell me how long it is good for and I will gladly pay it, immediately.
I don't want the Gold/VIP/Elite Membership anymore because I haven't attended any of the Thursday broadcasts and haven't gotten anything of value from my membership.
I just want to pay the $47 and know how long the license is good for.
