I have actually had some luck with these, but it was with one of my business to business affiliate programs. I haven't sold retail products this way.

My traffic wen up and I had a few checks hit the mail box from sales.

Has anyone else had any luck with manual traffic exchanges?

Most seem to be a waste of time, so I think I got lucky!
