Affiliate Network Question

Hey Gang,

I am currently signed up with AvantLink and will be signing up with Affiliate Fleet.

With my old company, we were signed up with CJ.com. We really didn't work that account to its full potential back then, as our sales exploded in all of our other marketing efforts.

In my new company, I am going to concentrate more effort on affiliate networks in advertising my company. What are some of the better affiliate networks to work with?

I remember Bill mentioning that he works both side of the fence (publisher/advertiser) so this may be a good question for him.

Good and bad experiences anyone?
