I have used them all and actually build themes for them. But one that seems to be over looked is e107. This is by far the easiest I have worked with yet and the ability to just turn over the site management after I am done building with very little time in training is a huge bonus. Plus the ability to use any Joomla, Drupal or Wordpress plugin with little recoding is a big bonus.

Been fooling around with Wordpress for 3 years now and would never ever resort to the funkiness of Joomla or Drupal.

I've been a hard-core Drupal fan for the last couple of years. I just tried setting up my first wordpress site and I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was! There are things you can do with Drupal that you can't with Wordpress but frankly, for the amount of effort involved I would probably rather find a work around and spend more time tweaking the site and marketing. As of today I am really a Wordpress fan. I'll probably still use Drupal for certain sites or as per client requests but for most of my new ventures from here on out it's gonna be Wordpress. Also, as Bill said, Wordpress wasn't originally designed as a CMS but it can be used as one with the right plug ins and the ability to edit some PHP. It's seems to be all about how you use pages vs. posts.

There are many CMS available now a days. But it many of them are require a certain level of technical expertise to work easily. I like to work in joomla. Joomla is easy for beginners. Drupal Better for Extensibility and Large Sites. We can work easily in wordpress but to code in wordpress is tough. There are other CMS also like ExpressionEngine, Cushy CMS, concrete5 etc.
