Marrying CPA with Contest Burner

I love your product even tho I haven't bought it yet but I have a question. How can I couple Contest Burner with a CPA program. I have looked over all of the documentation I could find but I couldn't find anything on the subject. If you could illustrate or show examples, that would be great. Thanks.

I'm in no way an expert here. Just got the plugin and trying to wrap my head around of how this whole thing works. However, methinks the answer to your question is that you DON'T marry the you CPA offer and contest. You set up a contest as step one to build a list / add fans / increase traffic and then you drop in your CPA link in your messages / banners / etc whenever it's appropriate to do so.
