Are you talking about this forum? I am not aware of any issues that are unanswered and we try very hard to respond to all posts, but due to the popularity of ContestBurner and the volume of users using it we have a support staff that handles support request through our Support site at
Business Inner Circle - Help Desk . We try to direct everyone to the support site for support issues so we can keep all support in one place with a history of support activity. This helps us to provide a better level of support to our users. ContestBurner users are using the support site and the Knowledgebase on the support site, they are not active in this forum.
