aweber html code not working

When i paste in my aweber code and click the parse button nothing happens.
It then tells me to select the email field but there's no drop down menu to select it from and I'm not collecting the email addresses. can some one help with this.

There are multiple things that could cause this. There have been changes in the fields in the a weber forms that we have made updates in the plugin to handle, so if you are using an older version the solution may be as easy as updating to the latest version which you can download on your member page.

There are also many plugins & themes that don't follow the "rules" when loading their javascript libraries, etc. and there might be a conflict with one of the other plugins you have installed.

I would recommend opening a ticket on our support site Business Inner Circle and creating an admin login that we can use to take a look at you system to see what the issue is.
