Question about awarding points for viewing a page or post...

Is this only a 1 time thing? the first time they view a page or post that has points enabled? or can I have it be everytime they visit a certain page or post... I am holding an art contest where users submit art. I want it to award them a certain amount of points EVERY time they submit a certain form... I thought I could have a special page that they would get redirected to to confirm their artwork was submitted, and then after so many seconds it would redirect them to another page (as to not allow them to catch on that that is how they were getting points, by viewing the page and then just hitting refresh a bunch of times)

is there a way to allow unlimited "page/post" points views for the page?

Been thinking about how you might be able to make this work and I think I might have a solution. I'm testing it and will update on what I find.
