License Recovery?

A loooonng time ago I purchased Contest Burner to run a campaign and haven't had an opportunity to run another contest until now. However, I apparently deleted all the emails with the license number and now need to re-install (I had removed the plugin after that last contest).

How can I recover the license number?

(Also, I have version 1.07 ... is this the latest?
