Contest For Local Business Website

I wasn't looking to go viral with a contest as I wanted my contest to be a local promotion to help our brick&mortar shop. I was looking for a wp plugin that would work with an opt-in form that would capture email addresses, randomly select the winner with one-click, and send out the winner notification. Maybe I could go viral later.

For now, I really don't have time to search all the posts for thew answer if this will do this or not. I paid for this plug-in and have a key, but I feel I am in over my head for what I want to do. Any recommendations?

Sorry I didn't see this post. It was hidden in the thread with my videos. I've moved it hear to make it clear that it's not related to my videos.

ContestBurner is perfect for this and yes... you do want your contest to go viral I'll bet your local customers are on Facebook and other places where you have other possible local customers. Please getting more backlinks to your website can only help you.

Just make your contest links clear that it's for a local business:

"Sign up to win purple widgets at San Diego's best purple widget supplier: dpowell's emporium"

Your customers can sign up to your mailing list to enter and even just email their contest links to friends or family for bonus points if they get clicks.

You'll need to read our setup instructions or watch our training videos to figure out how to set up your contest, but I think it will be worth it for you.
