Can Contestants Access "Get My Links" Multiple Times?

If a contestant signs in to the "Get My Links" page to get their links, can they return subsequent times to get those links?

Yes, the page can be accessed unlimited times.

If they enter the same usernames, nothing changes. If they enter the same Twitter username and a different YouTube username, the YouTube username is ADDED so they will receive points for BOTH YouTube usernames with points showing up under the Twitter username they used.
If they enter two different Twitter Usernames and recieve points from both, they will have two separate Twitter usernames listed in the contest.

If a user tries to enter a YouTube username that is assigened to a different Twitter Username, they will receive a message that the YouTube username is already assigned to user xxx
