License Expired? How long is it good for?

I received a Premium License to Contest Burner upon signing up for the VIP/Gold Membership at Business Inner Circle on 12/15/09 (for $68.50/month).

Today is 01/14/10 at 5:30pm. The license worked earlier, today.

I never received any emails welcoming me to the VIP/Gold Membership and reported such to the McIntosh team.

At this moment, as I was trying to update my Contest Burner Settings, I am receiving an error message of, "License has expired - Please contact customer sevice."

I am in the middle of 2 very important contests with a lot of contestants and I do not understand how my license could expire.

Probably because I have not received any emails or documentation that has indicated how long the license was good for.

I called Carlos, just now and he told me that Greg would email me an answer to my question.

I don't even know what the normal price for the Premium License was (I looked.. it is $47, but for how long of a period?), since I received my Premium License through my VIP/Gold membership.

I hope that I can get a quick answer to these questions because I have invested a huge amount of time and effort and money into these contests that are now interrupted in mid stream.

(Again, gratitude for the software. It is excellent those times when it works.)

This is the first I have heard of your problem. If you send me more details I'll get you an answer. I will need some way to look up your license, so please provide your Name, email, or License Key.

Let me get this straight...

I paid a monthly membership ($68/month) and got a contest burner premium license ($47 value) for free.

So, when my membership paypal payment doesn't go through, you yank my FREE contest burner license?

AND...

INTERRUPT MY CONTESTS without any notification?

I thought the whole idea of building lists was to communicate with people.

What gives?

Is the Contest Burner software $47/month?

How can Bill say that the Contest Burner Premium License is Free with VIP/Gold/Elite Membership when it is only free for 30 days?

I was under the impression that the plugin was free for registering .. if the content of the service does not inspire me to STAY registered then I don't think I should lose my licesnce.

Please VERIFY that I do not need to stay registered to keep my licesne otherwise I will just buy the $47 plug in.
