can't get email subscribers?!?!

problems with your product:

I couldn't find answers in the videos, or forum:

it doesn't appear to be signing people up on my email list, although I input my opt-in subscription form.

It doesn't appear to be tracking comments either.

How do I get these to work?

I was having the same problem, but I think the contest may have to be live. There is a video when you first log in but it's not too specific.

I've just posted an update to the ContestBurner plugin that you can download from the "DOWNLOAD CONTEST BURNER FOR WORDPRESS" link on your members page.

This update fixes issues with PHP4, comment points and the email list signups.

So...if I already set up the plugin and created and started the contest...do all I have to do to fix the email bug is download the new zip file because the plugin I already installed will draw off the new data??? I sure hope I don't have to re-install

If you ftp the new files over top of the old that is all you need to do. If you deactivate the plugin and/or delete it, then install the new one ; all of your settings and contest will still be there, they will not be lost.

Version 2.0b2.02 is active in my plugins. Is this the correct version?
Version 2.0.2 is currently deactivated.

2.0.2 is the latest version and is the version you should be using.
