Hi Everyone,
Due to a very high demand for Contest Burner, and support for it, please submit all support issues through our help desk at: Business Inner Circle Help Desk We are handling all support issues there, and not in the forum. Thank you very much. Lance Last edited by willilance; 11-18-2010 at 08:16 PM. |

Hi there
Your support page is not available. See the attached screenshot I purchased your product yesterday and it is largely working OK but there are some problems with it and I'd like some help. I've read the instructions, watched the videos and read every post on this forum. I still need some help. Your support page is unavailable and nobody from CB seems to check this forum on a regular basis. So far I'm getting frustrated with the promised 'VIP Support'. So far support has been non-existent! Thanks Paul |

and include the text of the error and what you are trying to do when you see the error. If you are getting the error when activating the plugin, you can ignore that error and the plugin should work normally, this was a bug in WordPress. |

Why is it taking weeks to get a response on tickets on the Help Desk?
We bought the VIP package, and so far, are less than impressed. While the wordpress version seems to be impressively was to use, as viewed on the set up videos, the stand alone version is giving us nothing but headaches. I have two tickets open right now, and both are in the "critical" phase as it's taking so long for the people to respond. -Jardan |

It appears that contest burner doesn't work with the current WP version (3.1.3).
Upon installing, then entering my license key, I found my way to the "new contest" setup area. There was no way to enter a name for the contest, as is shown on the support videos. So, I clicked "save contest". Now, I can't navigate anywhere, as the contest I created has no name -- thus, I can't click on it to edit the settings or do anything. I'm totally stuck, and the software won't let me move forward. Please advise -- I'm anxious to try a contest. Todd |

The problem is not WP 3.1.3 but instead one of the other plugins installed. Some plugins do not properly load the jQuery that is included with WordPress and instead load there own and don't do it correctly. It is possible and ok (Contest Burner does it) to load your own jQuery as long as you do it using the WordPress functions and you only load your scripts when your plugin is being used. One of your plugins is probably loading their own jQuery and loading it on every page, which mean it is loaded and conflicting with our jQuery script when you are trying to use Contest Burner. If you view the source of the page when you are in the admin look through it for <script tags and see who is loading what scripts, if you see any loaded by one of the plugins, try to deactivate that plugin and see if thing start working for Contest Burner.
