Sending of Contest Standings Not Working

Sorry Guys, I tried to submit a support ticket via your helpdesk but the submit button doesn't appear to be working. I clicked it and sat for a couple of minues while the refresh icon spun but nothing ever happened.

so here is my problem that I am hoping someone can assist with,

Everything appears to be working correctly with my copy of CB with the exception of the tweeting of the contest standings. I had it originally set to send a tweet every 12 hours and after a day noticed it wasn't sending the tweets. The CB system says it is sending the tweets but when I visit my twitter page, I see no tweets having been sent. I changed the send time to 6 hours and gave it a couple of days and it says it is sending the tweets but I still see no evidence of this on my twitter page.

Any suggestions?

Exactly the same problem with mine. It just doesn't work - CB gives a 'last tweeted' time but I go to my Twitter account and there are no tweets.

Sorry to bring problems to this forum but I tried to go to your support page and it doesn't work either. See my other post with attached screenshot.

I'm getting a little frustrated with CB "VIP Support" levels....

Any suggestions from anyone on how to fix this problem?

Twitter will not allow duplicate tweets to be posted, if the leaders have not changed the tweet will not get posted because twitter rejects it as a duplicate.
