Seriously, i am running a contest on my site Computer & PC Repair | Computer Support | 24/7 Online Tech Support | The Ultimate Technology Giveaway!. Almost daily I'm getting complaints from people saying that their points are NOT updating. Main complaints are, Google Buzz did not count, any links sent out on facebook or twitter aren't counting. Seems like these "servers" are not going out and finding the links. Anyone having the same issues?

youtube subscription works....other things work it seems, but its not finding the links and awarding points, nor is it posting to twitter every 6 hours...??????????????????????????????????????????

Hi mttnet, I purchased cb too but waiting some answer from support to be sure.
I signed for your contest to see how it works.....
I get points when connect with twitter and when post tweet from your website.
I posted 2 comments on your video but can't understand about the points this gave me, first time 6 and second 4.
For now I've 30 points coming from:

I'll go over the issues here, but please open a support ticket.

Points awarded for posts on Twitter, YouTube, Facebook will be delayed because we only query those system once an hour so it is possible there would be up to an hour delay before the points are awarded. This is done once an hour because of throttling of our requests by those system and because of the delay in new posts being visible and included in the results when we query for posts.

I don't understand about the Google Buzz not counting as there is no functionality within Contest Burner to award points for Google Buzz. The only Google Buzz feature is the button on the Links page that allows them to post to Goggle Buzz, but there is no feature to award points for that.

It looks like there is one user in your contest that was not getting points for YouTube (ahood81), this is because they did not enter their YouTube username when entering the contest, so we don't know what their YouTube username is and therefore have no way to award them points for YouTube actions.

Greg, I try to ask here......my ticket is submitted but waiting....
If an user need to change the data in their account how they can do it?
Ex. - wrong youtube account.

Good Question Jakartad. Im sure everyone else would like to know or might be having the same issues....So creating a ticket just hides the issue. At any rate....ok, so how does ahood81 go back and enter this information???
