I guess, I'm the oldest fart on the thread that could remember when FB was only for college students and shouting out to others from your campus.
FB for really good social networking and LinkedIn for gaining work and prospective clients in SEM,SEO world.

I found the FB experience very rewarding,I have been able to re-encounter with friends I had lost touch for ages from literally all over the world,many of whom I had thought wasn't going to know about anymore,even made a couple of business contacts! so ,yeah I 'm very glad I was introduced to it by a friend.

Nah, we all remember when FB was only for students. It was only a few years ago. Most of us probably remember Friendster and Tribe even.
 And maybe even way back when we had dial-up and a 486.

facebook has come up with a revolutionary idea of socializing with ur family frnds and collegues. u can share photos videos and peak in ur friends account and you can get an idea what is their curreent status. cool social site
