can anybody tel me google page rank is needed for web business or not. i found lots of websites which got GOOGLE PR 4 and 5 but cumng very last in keyword search result.
Generally google PR depends on reciprocal links and some website's validation approval.
also tel me if you are getting huge traffic from search engines then your website's google page rank will improve or not.

In my own opinion PR isn't worthless and as the first post says it's benifical for those looking to buy / trade/ sell links, but it's something I don't obcess about.

I think there are more important SEO 'elements' to concentrate on than PR.

The above posts are true and accurate, i.e. PR is arguably a minor factor in performing well in the Google SERPs. BUT, for ego sake, I would much rather have a PR7 page than a PR0.

PR depends only on any link that has its own PR recprical or otherwise
google page rank will improve or not.
Not directly... But if the traffic leads to more people linking to you then this may improve your PR..

am i right?

PR needed or not, we should not think about this, we should focus on acheiving high search engine rankings, and in order to get high rankings you will have to manage quality back links and they will automaticaly generate PR for your site.

I think PR is only a degree of Google confidence to your site.
