Adwords?

I have seen many targetting the adwords. I wanted to know what are they meant for? say for example, i have decided to do online business in selling products. Can anyone tell me how should i choose my adword and further what shall i do? I need your help guys.

You first need to start out doing some research.

Look for what keyword phrases people would use in the search engines if they were looking for your product. Use these tools:

https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

and

Keyword Research: Microsoft adCenter Labs
