Hi aman85,
I would try and stay away from paying for backlinks. Bill says Google looks down on it. Finding and getting backlinks naturally isn't very hard if you just know the right places to look. A while back, Bill done a show on how to find blogs that you can comment on for backlinks to your site. You can also run a mix of article campaigns and youtube videos as they rank well in the search engines.
