Linking through Blog Comments

Hi
I got one of the courses of Bill. It was really helpful. But i would like to know something very important. Bill recommends 2 software which help to post comments on blogs and other websites. Comment Kahuna and Comment Sniper. But both the links and software do not work.
Can you recommend me some other software or tool which will be helpful in determining the page rank and then posting comments on the blog.
