Those are good tips. Regarding the link exchanges, I heard that search engines (especially Google) won't consider reciprocal links to calculate the PageRank. I think link exchanges will not work. Some webmasters propose "triangle link exchange". Suppose there are three websites: A, B, and C, A place a link to B on its web page. B places a link to C on its web page, and C places a link to A as well.

Choosing a good PR is really effective in link exchange because the higher the PR the more the viewers. Anyway thanks for sharing this useful tips that I can use in link building.
