What do you mean forged PR? Correct me if I am wrong but I believe that only Google gives PR to our sites hence there is no way to forge it. It is acquired by building links and the parameters and algorithm change and vary according to where and what, only Google knows.

Just like any business. you can get links from reputable sources or from fly by night places that could care less where your link is placed. Why not sub,it your articles and links to my directory? We've been around since 2006 and have not faltered on adding bookmarking and the latest social networks to your submissions.
