Bill has been phenomenal in giving me pointers as to what direction I should take my SEO business. I love his simple, down to earth, and yet very informational webinars every Tuesday night and when I get his email Tuesday afternoons about the webinar, I drop everything I do and log in to listen to Bill.

I just wanted to say "thank you" for your readiness to always answer questions and tell us how things really are (without the hype). You are always on top of new happenings in the industry and yet you don't fly with all the BS that is happening at the same time. Lots of respect to you!
