I agree, a product development show would be nice

The basic concept for product development is fairly simple though. It's about finding a need within your niche and fulfilling that need with an adequately priced product. Also you must realize that your target market must have enough disposable income to spend on your product.

Product creation also does not have to be super techie! You could write an ebook, interview an expert in the chosen field, record a teleconference/coaching call then package it with a worded transcription and etc.

Technically Bill could gather up all of his ustream recordings, send them to an editor then sell them off one by one as individual products or as one big package deal.

Obviously Bill's service is more in depth than this but the same concept is there. People came to him with a need of "do it all for me marketing" and he responded with this service at a more than reasonable price!!

heh yeah i get that way sometimes too, Ryan. sometimes i do a bunch of yelp reviews in one day, a bunch of updates on my blogs and social networks because i'm just...feeling it.

i think a product development show would be good too. it seems in my head like some people are just good at that. but also the people who develop products don't generally tell us how they come up with their ideas, how they decided to promote and market it, why they came up with those solutions etc. so it ends up seeming esoteric or magical or utilizing genius skills and talents i just don't possess, etc. but some instruction would make a big difference.
