How Effective is Tweet Adder

Recently i saw a new website which is promoting a software called "Tweet Adder".
They basically automate your following (1000 a day) on twitter. Now how effective is this software.

will my twitter account be blocked if i use it?

I actually use Tweet Adder so here is how it works: The software sends follow requests based on your requirements, whether it's a geographical area, interests, etc ... Out of of all the people you will be following, a certain % will follow you back, which is how you will build your list of followers.

You can set how many followers you want to follow every day and the software will do this automatically. This isn't 1,000 per day as it would get your account cancelled but the software indicates the number of requests you can send daily while staying under the radar, which I recommend doing.

This is a pretty effective software that has been around for quite a while so, depending on the niche(s) you want to use it for, your twitter marketing efforts might be undermined if the market is already saturated with promotional tweets.
