Wordpress Set-up & Plug-ins

Since I already have Wordpress blogs up and running and I just joined the VIP Elite group, can I still get help with tweaking my blogs so they will have all the benefits of the site you would have set up?

Is there a list of the plugins you recommend somewhere?

What are you attempting to do with your blogs? Monetize, sell stuff, build community?
